This privacy policy governs your use of the mobile application Tower Up! (the "Application"), which was created by SoftTech ("we", "us", or "our"). The Application is a casual arcade stacking game. 💾 Local Storage and Preferences

The Application stores simple, non-personal configurations locally on your device via Android's SharedPreferences framework:

This data is kept locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. You can erase this data at any time by selecting "Clear Scores" in the app's Scoreboard menu, or by clearing the Application's storage via your device settings.

👶 Children's Privacy

These services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can perform the necessary deletion actions.

🚫 Opt-Out Rights

You can easily stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. Use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Additionally, you can opt out of personalized advertising served by Google AdMob by managing your device settings:

• Go to Settings > Privacy > Ads on your Android device and enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Reset advertising ID".
