Important: All test progress, learning streak, and language preference data is stored completely locally on your device via Shared Preferences.

We do NOT collect:

  • Personal identity information (names, emails, or phone numbers)
  • Location data on backend servers

Third-Party Services (Google AdMob):

  • We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect certain device information, such as advertising IDs, IP addresses, and crash logs, to serve better ads.

📱 Permissions Required

The app requests the minimal required permissions only to provide core functionality:

Permission Purpose
Internet Access Required for downloading official PDF forms, loading AdMob advertisements, sharing results, and fetching version update details limitlessly.
Storage Storage / Media Files Required temporarily when you generate a screenshot score-card for sharing to other platforms or when you download RTO forms as PDFs.

🔐 Data Storage & Security

  • No backend infrastructure or cloud storage synchronisation is configured to capture user data.
  • Your tracked accuracy and testing streak exist autonomously on your device. Uninstalling the app completely wipes this data.

👶 Children's Privacy

Our study tool acts as an educational reference app suitable for learners preparing for state tests. We do NOT knowingly target children under 13 nor intentionally collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the required driving regulation age limits.

  • We strive to present information corresponding to official Indian motorized transit authorities. This educational software does not issue legal driving permits.

2. Content Disclaimer

RTO Exam App:

  • Offers a synthesized curriculum of traffic signs, forms, fee references, and driving rules.
  • Does not act as absolute law or substitute for final transport policies ordained by your authoritative local regional transport office (RTO) in cases of dispute.

Is not responsible for:

  • Failed actual licensing examinations.
  • Outdated legal rule discrepancies not yet observed in an application update.
  • Incorrect completion of RTO physical registration documents.

3. Play Console Policy

This software adheres fully to Google Play Console Developer Policies. It transparently discloses content utility, enforces security principles, prevents unprompted data retrieval, and strictly abstains from malicious frameworks violating mobile platform prerequisites.

4. Intellectual Property

  • The application UI components, original aesthetic structure, and branded assets are intellectual property assigned safely to SoftTech Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

SoftTech Service maintains zero accountability for:

  • Data erasure if you change or replace your device.
  • Missed appointments or rejected licence registration forms.
