- Profile photos, signatures, and logos
- AI-generated content preferences
All data is stored locally using Hive local storage. We do NOT have any servers. No data is transmitted to our servers or third parties. Everything remains on your device.
2. User Profile Management
User profiles are managed locally within the app. Each profile includes:
- Personal information and family details
- Contact information (phone, email, WhatsApp)
- Address details (current and permanent)
- Professional summary
- Profile photo
Profile data is stored locally and never transmitted to external servers. We do not have access to your profile data.
3. Data Collection Statement
We do NOT collect any data:
- No personal information is collected by us

- AI Configuration: Users can enable/disable AI features in Settings
- API Key: Users provide their own Google Gemini API key, stored securely in local storage
- Data Usage: When AI features are used, content is sent directly to Google Gemini API by the user's device
- Privacy: We do not collect, store, or access your API key or AI-generated content
- Offline Mode: AI features require internet connection; app works fully offline without AI
Important: When you use AI features, your content is sent directly to Google Gemini API. This is a direct communication between your device and Google. We do not collect, store, or have access to this data. Google Gemini API usage is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
💰 Third-Party Services
Google AdMob: The app displays advertisements through Google AdMob SDK:
- Banner Ads: Displayed on various screens
- Interstitial Ads: Shown after successful document generation
- Third-Party Data Collection: Google AdMob SDK may automatically collect device identifiers and usage data as per Google's privacy policy
- Our Role: We do not collect or have access to AdMob data. AdMob data collection is handled directly by Google

When you export or share documents:
- PDFs, PNGs, and JPGs are generated locally on your device
- Sharing is handled by your device's native sharing system
- We do not have access to shared content
- Profile data sharing is optional and user-initiated
🌐 Internet Usage
The app works fully offline for core features. We do NOT use any servers.
Internet is used only when:
- AI content generation is enabled and used (Google Gemini API) - direct connection from your device to Google
- AdMob ads are displayed (Google AdMob) - direct connection from your device to Google
Important: All document creation, editing, and local storage work without internet connection. We do NOT use any servers for app functionality. All data is stored locally on your device.

Pro Resume & BioData Builder does not target children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal data from children.
