Color Sort – Water Puzzle ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed by SoftTech Service and respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use our Android application.
Short version: We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. All game data stays on your device. No account is required to play.

1. Information You Provide
The app stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Game progress — completed levels, current level, and scores
- Daily check-in streak and coin balance
- Settings preferences (sound, display options)
Important: All data is stored locally using Flutter's shared preferences and local storage. Nothing is sent to our servers or any third-party server.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Personal identity information (name, email, phone)
- Device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID, etc.)
- Location or GPS data
- Analytics or behavioral tracking data
- Financial or payment information
- Photos, contacts, or other personal files
Permissions Usage
The app requests only the permissions necessary for core functionality:

The game can be played completely offline. Internet is only used when you choose to watch a rewarded video ad for bonus coins.

Rewarded Video Ads
- Completely optional — you choose to watch ads to earn bonus coins
- Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may use advertising ID to serve relevant ads
- You may opt out of personalized ads through your Android device settings
Banner Ads
- Non-intrusive banners may appear in certain screens
- Available as a "Remove Ads" in-app purchase for an ad-free experience
AdMob Privacy: Google AdMob may collect advertising identifiers to serve personalized ads. Visit Google's Privacy Policy to learn more or opt out.
Data Storage & Security
- All game progress is stored locally on your device
- No cloud sync or external server storage
- No third-party analytics SDKs or tracking libraries
- No user accounts or login required
- Uninstalling the app will remove all local data
Children's Privacy
Color Sort – Water Puzzle is a family-friendly game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under 13. No registration, login, or personal information is required to play.
The game complies with Google Play's Families Policy. Ad content is filtered to be appropriate for all audiences.
Internet Usage
The app is fully functional offline. Internet connectivity is used only when:
- You choose to watch a rewarded video ad to earn bonus coins
- Loading Google Fonts for consistent typography (cached after first load)
Core gameplay, level progression, and all puzzle content works without an internet connection.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the app or applicable laws. Any material changes will be communicated through app updates. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By downloading, installing, or using Color Sort – Water Puzzle ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
1. App Usage
- The app is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
- You agree to use the app for lawful purposes only
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the app, or have parental consent
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
2. In-App Currency & Purchases
Coins (Virtual Currency)
- Coins are virtual in-app currency with no real-world monetary value
- Coins can be earned through gameplay, daily check-ins, and watching rewarded ads
- Coins can be spent on hints and extra tubes within the game
- Coins are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for real money
Remove Ads Purchase
- The "Remove Ads" option is a one-time in-app purchase that removes banner and interstitial ads
- Rewarded video ads remain optional even after purchase, as they provide bonus coins
- Purchases are processed through Google Play and subject to Google's refund policy
3. Advertising
- The app contains optional rewarded video ads (you choose to watch them for coins)
- Banner ads may be displayed in non-intrusive areas of the game
- Ad content is filtered to be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages
- We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements
- Purchasing "Remove Ads" removes non-rewarded advertisements
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content
- Compatibility with all devices or Android versions
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoftTech Service is not liable for:
- Loss of game progress due to device failure, uninstallation, or OS updates
- Data loss or corruption of locally stored game data
- Interruptions to gameplay due to device or OS limitations
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using it.
6. Intellectual Property
- All app content — code, graphics, sound, UI, levels, and branding — belongs to SoftTech Service
- You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app or its content
- Color Sort – Water Puzzle and all related trademarks are the property of SoftTech Service
- Third-party libraries used within the app retain their respective licenses (see License tab)
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended features to gain an unfair advantage
- Attempt to cheat, hack, or modify the app or its local data files
- Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the app
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or its game engine
8. Termination
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate your ability to use certain features if these Terms are violated or applicable laws require it.
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. We will notify users of material changes through app updates. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of SoftTech Service's principal place of business. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
This software and associated documentation files (the "Software") are proprietary and confidential. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or use of this software, via any medium, is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of SoftTech Service.
Intellectual Property
- All app design, UI, artwork, sound effects, levels, and game logic belong to SoftTech Service
- Color Sort – Water Puzzle, the app icon, and all related trademarks are property of SoftTech Service
- You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app or any of its assets without explicit written permission
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software is strictly prohibited
