Chess Champion ("the App") is a single-player chess game developed by SoftTech Service. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the App.

2. Information We Collect

The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. We do not require an account, login, or registration.

Local Storage: Game data such as your coin balance, selected difficulty, and sound/vibration preferences is stored only on your device using local storage (via shared_preferences) and is never uploaded by us. Uninstalling the App removes this data.

3. Advertising

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads). As part of serving ads, Google may collect and process certain data, such as:

Device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID)
Approximate location derived from IP address
App interaction data related to ad delivery and performance

You can reset or opt out of ad personalization at any time in your device settings under Settings → Google → Ads.

4. Rewarded Ads

Watching rewarded ads (for example, to receive a move hint when you are stuck in a match) is always optional. Rewarded ads may use anonymous identifiers to personalize content, as described in Google's policies above.

5. In-App Updates

The App uses the Google Play in-app update service to check whether a newer version is available and to deliver updates. This process is handled by Google Play under Google's policies.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. It contains no chat, social features, or user-generated content. Advertising is served in accordance with Google Play's Families and Ads policies.

7. Data Security

Because the App does not transmit your game data to our servers, your progress, settings, and coin rewards remain on your device under your complete control.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Chess Champion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

2. License Grant

SoftTech Service grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

3. Game Mechanics & Coins

Chess Champion features an in-game coin reward system. These coins are fictitious game progression tokens. They:

Have no real-world monetary value.
Cannot be purchased, sold, or redeemed for real money.
Are stored locally on your device. SoftTech Service is not responsible for the recovery of coins lost due to app deletion, device failure, or cache clears.

4. Advertising and Integrations

The App contains advertisements served by Google AdMob. Any interaction with ads is subject to the policies of the respective advertisers. SoftTech Service is not responsible for the contents or safety of third-party advertisements or websites you link to through ads.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the chess engine, difficulty levels, or ad service integrations will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftTech Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of gameplay data, coin progression, or hardware damage arising out of your use of the App.

This software application, Chess Champion, and its designs, assets, layouts, interfaces, logo, and source codes are proprietary properties of SoftTech Service. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, modification, distribution, or use of this software, via any medium, is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of SoftTech Service.

flutter_inappwebview: Used for rendering the HTML5-based chess engine wrapper. Distributed under the Apache License 2.0 or MIT License.
